The ALICE Institute is a "think" tank of a very different kind.
We are a place for learning,
committed to improving the applied
"how" of how we relate with ourselves, with others,
and the world around us.
Our programs are interwoven to apply to all forms of relationship:
from the individual to the group, to the system wide.
Our goal is to affect transformation from the inside out to how you experience relationship in yourself, your home, to how social policy, education, business, and economics
evolve at their essence and at large.
The Core Challenge
Human relational systems are under increasing pressure.
Individuals are overwhelmed or fragmented
Relationships break down under strain
Families struggle to adapt across generations
Organizations lose alignment as they grow
Economic, education, and social system design dysfunction prevails
Most approaches attempt
to fix isolated parts.
But the issue is rarely isolated.
It is a loss of coherence
