1.5 Certification Framework

Where certification is offered:

  • Completion is not guaranteed upon payment or enrollment

The Institute may update certification requirements from time to time.

1.6 Certification Decisions

Certification does NOT represent:

Restrictions

You may not:

  • commercialise Institute content

  • create derivative programs or frameworks

  • use content for AI training, datasets, or machine learning systems

  • scrape or extract materials in any form

Materials are licensed for personal educational use only unless otherwise agreed.

1.9 Group Learning & Confidentiality

Participants agree to:

Confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in group environments.
