The ALICE Institute is a learning and development center
dedicated to advancing Whole Body Intelligence
— a resident yet untapped consciousness architecture
of human capacity that
integrates somatic, emotional, cognitive,
and relational intelligence
into a single coherent system.
Our work is rigorous, research based, and deeply human.
It is founded on the belief that intelligence
is not something we perform.
It is something we inhabit.
We are living in a time when human complexity is accelerating faster than the structures designed to hold it.
Individuals, leaders, teams, families, and organizations are navigating unprecedented convergence — emotional intensity, relational strain, systemic pressure, technological acceleration, and futures that are not yet fully formed.
Most people don’t lack intelligence.
They lack access to their full intelligence.
The ALICE Institute exists to change that.
Whole Body Intelligence is capacity
to create relational coherence.
This integrated capacity of Whole Body Intelligence
co-creates space to:
Sense what is true before it escalates
Stay present in uncertainty
Hold complexity without fragmentation
Act from coherence rather than reaction
Relate without collapsing into old patterns
Open possibilities that did not exist before
Whole body intelligence
is not emotional intelligence alone.
nor mindset training.
nor somatic regulation.
nor another leadership technique.
It is a unified architecture
of perception, meaning-making, relating, and action
— one that activates access to the full human system
and beyond.
We teach this not as an abstraction or metaphor,
rather as a repeatable developmental methodology.
Systems that prioritize control over coherence
Relationships that default to pattern over presence
Leadership that leans on pressure instead of perception
Organizations that rely on cognitive dominance at the expense
of human capacity
Leading through complexity
Repairing relational patterns
Building resilience in families and teams
Navigating convergence moments
Making decisions that impact multiple futures
Creating humane, adaptive systems
Whole Body Intelligence cannot be learned solely through information.
It must be felt, embodied, practiced, and lived.
Our methodology integrates:
Experiential learning — the body as the ground of intelligence
Developmental psychology — capacity-building over time
Relational systems awareness — how intelligence moves between people
Creative emergence — activating generative potential
Applied practice — bringing coherence into real life, relationships, and leadership
The ALICE Framework —
Awakening, Loving, Integrating, Creating, Evolving
— provides the core structure
for developing Whole Body Intelligence.
It is not a ladder.
It is a living spiral.
Each stage expands perceptual range, relational capacity,
and coherence, allowing individuals, couples, families,
and groups to grow in ways
that are both structured and adaptive.
This framework is the foundation
for our programs, practitioner training,
and applied leadership development.
Our work supports people navigating complexity
across the four relational fields of human life:
Individuals
— developing internal coherence
and creative capacity
Couples
— transforming entrenched
relational patterns
Families
— strengthening resilience
across generations
Groups & Organizations
— building cultures
where intelligence can move
Leaders navigating uncertainty
Individuals seeking deeper alignment
Couples wanting to break repeating patterns
Practitioners integrating a whole-body approach
Organizations moving from control to coherence
Creators and founders building new futures

Alice Gannon is an advisor, facilitator, and creative whose work bridges consciousness, relational development, leadership, and human creative capacity.
Her career spans three fields that converge in this work:
Human development & relational practice
Organizational advising & strategic leadership
Creative inquiry & meaning-making
Alice expands on the work of Whole Body Intelligence introducing new methodologies including the ALICE Framework after decades of studying how people sense, relate, decide, and create under complex conditions.
Her work sits at the intersection of rigor and humanity — grounded in experiential depth, informed by developmental research, and shaped by real-world application.
In addition to the ALICE Institute, she is the principal of Ravennabridge, the applied strategy and consulting studio that operationalizes Whole Body Intelligence inside organizations, brands, and cultural systems.
You can also find Alice at alicegannon.com
where she works privately one-on-one with individuals, couples/families, and groups.
