Founder Alice Gannon's personal and professional vision is simple, gentle yet radical: to co-create spaces where people of all identities and backgrounds can feel seen, heard, and valued not in spite of their differences, but because of them. By aligning insight with embodiment, and strategy with humanity, the ALICE Institute works to ensure that every step toward transformation also becomes a step toward a more just, equitable, and sustainable way of being—together.
