Group Coaching

Access whole body intelligence together to

achieve clarity, coherence, and embodied alignment

in how groups lead, relate, and act.

Supporting teams, cohorts, and learning communities
to navigate complexity, converge priorities, and strengthen relational intelligence.

OVERVIEW

Group dynamics are a microcosm of larger systems: when multiple perspectives, priorities, and futures intersect, coherence is what determines whether decisions, relationships, and outcomes thrive.

At the ALICE Institute, group coaching creates the conditions for whole body intelligence to arise collectively, enabling teams and cohorts to:

  • Strengthen relational coherence and collective alignment

  • Enhance decision-making capacity under complexity

  • Access embodied awareness and adaptive intelligence across roles and stakeholders

  • Foster creativity, insight, and resilient collaboration

Our approach does not rely on behavior management or personal regulation. Instead, we focus on creating a field where clarity, insight, and relational intelligence naturally emerge, supporting stronger collaboration and coherent action.

Your investment is why any coaching agreement is an important one we make with you. We understand there are two baseline objectives in what we generate together - insight is one of them and the other is embodiment. We believe one without the other defeats the point of coaching and therefore we attune to these objectives above all.

At the ALICE Institute, commitment is above all about entrustment.

Following years of coaching, we've also learned these insights are often what a part of us always suspected deep down. Other insights awaken the more unexpected in us. All share somehow that something previously illusive, and some will be completely unseen before we begin this work. What we inevitably start to notice is that our sessions open up ways to create new layers of relating to yourself and others.

We take this entrusting of us as your facilitator in this with great honor for what you are co-creating here and for the courage you each are stepping into in making this co-commitment.

If you have more questions, schedule a complimentary session and we are delighted to speak with you in person.

A Whole Body Intelligent Approach to Group Coaching

Key to how we interact in group coaching is focused on developing a whole body intelligence set of skills and practices individually and together so you can build something exciting and new from from your time with us. These skills and practices are immediately applicable in all aspects of your life and for you to enjoy short term AND as you grow in these new skills and practices sustainably over time.

What we find in cultivating a conscious relationship with our Whole Body Intelligence — the deeper wisdom that emerges when mind, emotion, and body operate in coherence allows us also so many new possibilities for growth that were previously unavailable to us. It is through this growing embodied awareness that we begin to sense, communicate, and connect beyond where our relationship to ourselves and to others has gotten stuck.

Whole Body Intelligence allows us to attune not just cognitively or emotionally, but somatically — to feel the truth of our experience in real time. This is in our findings where authenticity, empathy, and connection (and therein safety) are born and grow.

Here at the ALICE Institute, we are excited to center our coaching around a new approach that consciously co-creates together from whole body intelligence.

Here we learn as individuals AND as a collective.

Core to the transformation work we do with you as an individual in a group is immersion into the actual experience of whole body intelligence in real time using The ALICE Framework which helps us organize our immersion in what we call five identified phases of consciousness which we will be exploring together during each session. We do this in firstly welcoming the all of you that allows you to unfold authentically in a loving, and ease-filled way so you can gain insights to becoming more aligned into embodying a more resonant experience of who you authentically are and deepen this understanding as we learn from each other together in these group coaching sessions.

Through Whole Body Intelligence, we learn to listen not only to what we think or feel, but to what our entire being knows. In that awareness, relationships become laboratories for evolution — places where we learn to integrate the fragmented parts of ourselves and discover what it truly means to love consciously, courageously, and completely ourselves, others and the world around us.

This, perhaps, is the greater revolution of our time: not artificial intelligence, but embodied whole body intelligence — awakening within us the capacity to relate with expanding depth, authenticity, and wholeness.

About Your Coach

Indeed, it's fair to say I would have been among the "least likely" in a lineup of who you would expect to find walking down the road heralding the merits of practicing whole body intelligence much less someone championing it as the key to consciousness.

It's also fair to say I was removed from the experience of being whole body intelligent to the degree that if you knew me back then you'd have found me at a very respectable distance on the outside of my body. And I would have thought of myself well educated in the belief that in being so was the far more efficient, disciplined and proper approach to life with its high demands and performance meeting expectations and above all getting things done. Indeed, you would have likely seen me carrying the banner for how to apply the economics concepts of marginal utility to real life productivity, relentlessly driving the squeezing of every last minute of your day into another task done right along with the motto - "you can sleep when you're dead."

Commitment after all was a badge of honor that spelled hard core right across my furrowed forehead which typically leaned about two feet ahead of the rest of my body anywhere I walked. You could say if you saw me that I was the embodiment of head-centric.

Only I wasn't hard core. I was on the inside a soft mush of unmet love for the authentic me long buried in that hardened shell for protection that sweat the ideal of hard core so I wouldn't need to feel the soft mush of the mess going on inside or the exhaustion of carrying it until that is I couldn't carry it any longer.

Alice's story...

From head-centric to being whole body intelligent...

When you come from people in the West of Ireland the town knew as "the brainy family" the idea of intelligence coming from anything but your mind seemed about as foreign as it was to me when I first encountered the idea of whole body intelligence.

As time passed and all this began to catch up with me I realized my body was screaming like a beat up quarterback who finally takes off his helmet and limps to end his 12th season with his dislocated hip, permanent nerve damage running down to his ankles and an intermittent neck brace wondering why he thought it was a good idea to choose a life that involved so much pain.

How does he begin to reconcile that he had somehow convinced himself to say yes to this? Or did he? Where was this "thinking" even coming from and who came up with that "no pain no gain" slogan anyway?!

Our coaching and our programs are rooted in science-based practice and aimed at transforming lives and evolving people's experience of next generation leading, loving, living and creating. We explore what it really means to be in a conscious loving commitment with yourself, your career and colleagues, your partner, your family and your community in a dynamic of authenticity and evolutionary growth with oneself and with one another.

No matter what state of you find yourself or are wondering about we're confident that what we do here is a revolutionary kind of resource to help you rediscover who you really are.

We invite you into the circle of group coaching and discovery of how we move from surviving to thriving.

Specifically, Alice centers her practice in teaching and experientially cultivating whole body intelligent relationships, living, leadership and creativity.

She is especially interested in advising those interested in designing and building next generation ecosystems (including couples and families!) and how whole body intelligence can play a vitalizing role in

bringing them to new levels of authenticity and living.

Alice is warmly inviting the curious families among you into stepping into this exciting time in co-creating space for an evolutionary human consciousness focused on leading, loving, living and co-creating together in harmony versus as odds with ourselves, others, and our environment.
