Our whole body intelligence model
organizes human development across two dimensions:
1. Relational Systems
When coherence (whole body intelligence)
is embodied:
Self
Couples
Families
Organizations
2. Fields of Practice
How coherence (whole body intelligence)
is developed and expressed:
Leadership - directing coherence
Relationships - repairing and deepening
Living - sustaining coherence
Creativity - expressing and generating coherence

Each field is applied across every relational system.
And each field develops the capacity for relational coherence
across all human systems.
This creates an integrated model in which:
Leadership is not limited to organizations
Relationships aren't limited to couples
Living is not limited to the individual
Creativity - expressing and generating coherence
Instead, each represents a different way of working
with coherence.
In organizations, creativity becomes brand and innovation
In families, leadership becomes structure and guidance
In individuals, relationships become self awareness and integration
The same principles apply across all systems - only the context changes.
Most approaches to human development focus on isolated areas:
behavior
communication
performance
Our work focuses on the underlying condition that shapes all of them:
Relational Coherence
The ALICE Institute this work through:
Experiential explorations
Research and writing
Certification pathways
Applied practice within
and across fields and systems
As the demands on individuals and systems increase,
the ability to maintain coherence becomes more and more critical.
Whole Body Intelligence is the capacity that makes that possible.
